Who is the controller of your personal data?
AVS-Agroingeniería is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to carry out this processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by email, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical medium, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, responding to queries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Managing recruitment and personnel selection processes.
- Sending the online newsletter regarding updates, offers, and promotions in our business activity.
Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
- Based on the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
- Based on unequivocal consent through a clear action of the data subject: receipt of CVs/resumes.
For how long will we keep your personal data?
Data shall be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements dictating its custody. When it is no longer necessary for these purposes, it shall be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee either the anonymization of the data or its complete destruction.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is planned except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications-related service providers. The CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations with these providers.
What are your rights?
The rights assisting the USER are:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure (right to be forgotten) of their data, and the restriction of or opposition to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to meet their request, whereas entering data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and assumes responsibility for communicating any modification thereof.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. In the event that all data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will completely match your needs.
- SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR. Consequently, data is processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS, and has communicated appropriate information to them so that they may exercise them.
